Skillta Pty Ltd provides a variety of online services relating to employment insights.
These Terms and Conditions stipulate your rights and obligations, and those of Skillta Pty Ltd, in relation to these websites and the services offered by Skillta Pty Ltd through them (the 'Skillta Service')
This Agreement includes the Skillta Privacy Policy. Together they are intended to contain the whole of the agreement between Skillta Pty Ltd and you concerning the Skillta Service, and they replace all earlier agreements and understandings with you, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation.
You must agree to the Terms and Conditions before using the Skillta Service, either as a visitor or a member (registered user).
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions you must cease to use the Skillta Service immediately and must not register as a member.

Registering for a basic Skillta account is free of charge, as is access to our complete range of services. However, Skillta Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge for, modify the pricing of, add to, or discontinue any service without prior notice. Skillta Premium services will carry a charge on a monthly or yearly basis.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any other time are truthful, accurate and complete.
If these details change, you must agree to update them within the Skillta website directly, or inform us so that we can update your details on your behalf by emailing [email protected].
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as all activities that occur under your account or password with or without your knowledge.
If you knowingly provide your login and password information to another person, your account privileges may be suspended temporarily or terminated.
You agree to immediately notify us by emailing [email protected] in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. Skillta Pty Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
Users may not have more than one active Skillta account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring their Skillta account to another party.
Your Account Settings can be accessed from the link found at the top of all web pages when logged on to the Skillta Service.
You agree that Skillta Pty Ltd may, with or without cause, terminate your
Skillta account and access to the Skillta Service without prior notice. Skillta
Pty Ltd shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of
your account or access to the Skillta Service. Reason for such termination may
include, but are not limited to:
a) A request by the user (self-initiated account deletions);
b) Extended periods of inactivity;
c) Breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions;
d) Unexpected technical problems;
e) Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.
As a user of the Skillta Service you must agree to abide by certain levels of
conduct. You must NOT engage in any of the following activities:
a) Post content or initiate communications which are unlawful, defamatory,
libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, pornographic, sexually explicit or
otherwise objectionable;
b)Violate any laws, judicial or governmental orders, treaties, regulations,
rights of publicity, privacy or any other rights (including stalking and
harassment);
c) Falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity;
d) Gain unauthorized access to other users' names, accounts, addresses,
passwords or any other personal information, or any computers, websites or
pages;
e) Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or
initiate communications which include information that you do not have the legal
right to disclose or make available (this includes infringes upon copyrights,
trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights);
f) Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or
unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail', 'spam', 'phishing'
or any other form of solicitation;
g) Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that
contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed
to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or
hardware or telecommunications equipment (including, but no limited to, viruses,
'worms', 'spyware', 'timebombs', 'cancelbots' or 'trojan horses');
h) Forge any TCP/IP packet header or part of the header information in order to
disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Skillta
Service;
i) Interfere with or disrupt the Skillta Service, or servers or networks
connected to the Skillta Service, or violate any requirements, procedures,
policies or regulations of networks connected to the Skillta Service.
The content of the Skillta Service is protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Skillta Service on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk, or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you maintain all copyright notices and other notices about rights in the content. You may NOT reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the content on the Skillta Service or otherwise provided by us without written permission from Skillta Pty Ltd. You must NOT store any data from the Skillta Service on a server or other storage device connected to a network.
The laws of Singapore shall apply to these Terms and Conditions. Those who access or use the Skillta Service from other jurisdictions do so by their own choice. Given that the Internet is a global communications medium, you must agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
In the event that any term of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. You must agree that Skillta Pty Ltd may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce these Terms and Conditions, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Skillta Pty Ltd, its users, and the public.

Skillta Pty Ltd has no control over the decision of any employment applications that an individual may undertake.

Skillta Pty Ltd will also not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.
Your access to the Skillta Service may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. You understand, acknowledge and agree that we assume no responsibility for the delay, deletion or failure to store of content. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as is reasonably possible.

All of the information that is supplied to the Skillta website is confidential and secure and will not be used for any purposes that have not been consented to.
The information supplied to the Skillta website is always available for update, correction or deletion by the relevant party via the Skillta profile page.
The information supplied to the Skillta website may be used for member customer service, to maintain security and privacy standards, and for internal analysis needed to continually improve the Skillta Service.
If your personally identifiable information or email address changes, you may correct or update your membership details through the account settings when logged on to the Skillta website. Alternatively, if you want to deactivate your account you can email Skillta member support at [email protected] and we will endeavor to respond to all email enquires within two working days.
The Skillta website uses small files known as 'cookies' to hold Skillta members' login information, so that users are automatically logged into the website on return visits. This functionality can be disabled by clicking the 'logoff' icon which appears at the top right hand corner of every page.
As part of the service to account holders, the Skillta Service may sends member newsletters and emails. You may opt out of any or all of the newsletters and emails at any time.
The Skillta Service may include advertising: we may use, and provide to third parties, anonymous demographic data provided by Skillta members to target this advertising more appropriately.
The privacy of Skillta users is taken very seriously: we will never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to any third parties for any purposes.

this database is restricted internally. In addition to these measures it is the
responsibility of each Skillta member to:
a) Log off or exit from the Skillta Service when not using it;
